Residential Design Fees
Apartment lighting design: from NOK 48,000. Single-family home: NOK 62,000 to NOK 125,000. Heritage-sensitive projects: premium fifteen percent on base fees.
Commissioning visit included; additional visits NOK 4,800 half-day.
Commercial & Hospitality
Office fit-out per square metre design fee: NOK 420 to NOK 680 depending on control complexity. Boutique hotel guest room block: from NOK 18,500 per room type including typical corridor zones apportioned.
Restaurant standalone: from NOK 72,000 design fee excluding equipment.
Controls & Bespoke
Control system design add-on: NOK 18,000 to NOK 52,000. Custom fixture development single piece: from NOK 48,000 design plus fabrication quoted separately.
Programming-only engagements for third-party installed hardware: NOK 12,000 minimum.
Payment Terms
Invoices at concept approval, design development completion, and commissioning with thirty-day payment terms standard. VAT twenty-five percent applies. Equipment procurement not included unless separately contracted.
Annual maintenance review optional NOK 8,200 half-day per property.
